Horrible staff! Never answer or call back. After waiting almost a year for my surgery my procedure was cancelled 36 hours before due to “permit issues”. I was traveling from Dallas to El Paso and lost money on all my travel expenses. Instead of trying to accommodate me I was instead offered a refund. So heart breaking as I was looking forward to my procedure with Dr Agulló. He needs better staff to represent him!
Great staff, very friendly and professional. I feel very safe as they take every precaution to keep their patients safe and comfortable. Highly recommended.
