I have been with Southwest Pharmacy for six years after trying these other pharmacies here that are a joke. Southwest has always bent over backwards for me so I can have my medicine, they did so much hard work when my husband got deathly ill to be sure he got the IV medicines he needed. I love the fact they deliver to those in need and that the pharmacists are involved in the community and know many of their customers by name. We will stay with then as long as we are in Carlsbad.
I swear southwest pharmacy is the shittiest fucking pharmacy ever! I went by earlier today to pick up some medicine for Maddie and they told me to come back in an hour well I couldn’t come back in an hour because I work so I hurry up and get there at 5:50 I know they close at six and I’m there and the car in front of me takes a while so when Its my turn it’s 557 and they have everything closedown already there sitting there watching me didn’t say not one word just left out the door! their service has gone to shit!!!
It's tough when you get sick on the road. I don't live here and to be so sick...both the clinic and the pharmacy folks were just so nice. I was so grateful I didn't have to try to navigate Wal-Mart in that state:) very nice people.
