After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.

One thing that's been so annoying about Paymon Elahi, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
