We love Southwest pediatrics! Dr Shilpa is helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. We've also seen some other doctors and they have been great. Some bad reviews from years ago note rude staff, disorder, long waits, and difficulty scheduling but we have never experienced that! Scheduling is easy, if I have concerns they have always been able to get us in even that same day, we hardly ever have to wait. I absolutely love Southwest Pediatrics. Dr. Shilpa has been treating my daughter since she was 4. On a side note, they now require the consent from your child (12-17 years) to see their medical records. I know it is not their fault. We can thank the federal government for that. (If you catch my drift. )
