Great place! Front office is awesome and the entire process is very smooth. Medical assistants are very sweet too
I've been with Dr Arbel for over 20yrs with (2) children and this practice since it opened. The staff is always pleasant & helpful. However, since Dr Arbel left, the checkin process is ridiculous. Paperwork is really no problem, asking for Medical, Dental & Insurance, until they ask questions that I feel are irrelevant and/or personal to the actual patient(minor) And if not completed, patient might not be able to see the physician, it's required! I'm the adult/parent, not the patient! I shouldn't have to answer personal ques... read more
