Highly recommend against this place. We went in with a referral as our regular dentist couldn’t get X-rays for my daughter. Our original dentist said she had 2 cavities. We had X-rays taken at southwest ped dental and the dentist recommended 4 crowns and a filling. They also informed me that when my daughter who’s 5, drinks the sedative drink parents are NOT allowed back during the treatment which didn’t sit right with me. Very unprofessional. I live in Illinois my daughter needed several cavities and crowns done. I first went to the one in orland but because of my insurance I had to come to Indiana. Mind you we had a appointment in August they called and said they had a opening sooner so I took off work to bring her all the way here for them to tell me the anthesia person isn’t in and they will do the oral.
