Rude receptionist and very uncaring about asking questions regarding treating a three year old in a supposed pediatric dentistry location, when parents are not allowed to be in offices with minors that's a red flag no matter where. Be cautious of locations such as these

They waited till my daughter’s procedure appt to attempt to get clearance from her endocrinologist. They had two weeks to get the clearance yet waited till she was already sitting in the chair. I called Luries to confirm they didn’t even ask for clearance till the hour of the procedure. She already has huge dental anxiety which is why we were referred here in the first place. Huge waste of time!!!!!!!! If your kid has any type of prexisting medical condition I would steer clear.
This whole ordeal was A LOT for me‼️ So much as though I Don’t remember NOBODY name that introduced themselves and told me their role in this procedure!! I was a crying MESS, I felt completely responsible of course for my daughter having to even go through this in the first place! Whatever the case maybe, but my daughter had quite a few cavities🥴 Mannn but this team is a FORCE together cuz they was MOVING& explaining everything!!
