This is the worst practice I have ever been to. The staff is completely incompetent. 8:30 am appointment and I wasn’t seated until 9:45. The staff is beyond rude. Waited for weeks for my appliance and then went to get it fitted and they ordered the wrong one. No apology. Not willing to rush the right one. $800 for a mouth guard? Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Save yourself time and money. Do not go to this practice!!!!!! Worst practice anywhere in Phoenix!!!
Most horrible, rude, ridiculous charges, place I've ever been! Gave my 15 year old daughter a drug test without her or my consent. She went in for a MOUTH GUARD! Why on earth would you need to drug screen a child prior to getting a mouth guard! This is on top of the $650 x-rays. Don't EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! On top of all that, our first appt was made months in advance to make sure we saw Dr. Cohen, hahahaha... Nope didn't happen.
Doctors and staff are awesome. That is hard to find these days!
