Dr Ramirez is an excellent doctor. I had been in chronic pain in my back and leg for years. Going to Dr Ramirez was the best decision I have ever made. He has a beautiful office very calming. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and kindness. Dr Ramirez recently did a RFA on my back. Now I’m able to enjoy life without out the constant pain. I’m forever grateful to him Caroline his nurse is also very caring and kind. Thank you Dr Ramirez you are a Angel
Well I feel that I have finally found Dr's that actually care about me!!!!! My Dr left to go take care of family,her name is Shannon &I miss her,I really love her 😢 the way she took care of you. The staff @ SWPC are very professional and @ the same time nice. Particularly Erica, Dr. Chavez assistant is awesome. She makes you feel comfortable & relaxed. She is very personable. She’d barely started when I started as a client and I can see the growth in her. Dr. Shannon Chavez is just amazing. She is the kind of doctor who is hard to find these days. The staff and Dr Ramirez are very nice. That said, making a patient wait for an hour is beyond unprofessional. When I said we had to ho because of amother appointment and asked that my copay be refunded I was told they can't return co-pay. After raising a little of a fuss Dr Ramirez came out and said to refund it. Having a patient wait an hour without at least letting the paitient know something is complete lack of respect.
Very professional both staff and clinicians. I have always been treated respectfully. Any concerns I may have addressed immediately. I'm currently seeing clinicians by phone or video, when I do go in person clinic itself spotless clean. Staff are all well groomed, attractive and dressed professionally. I'm 63yo, In my experience by far the best healthcare clinic I've been too
