The staff @ SWPC are very professional and @ the same time nice. Particularly Erica, Dr. Chavez assistant is awesome. She makes you feel comfortable & relaxed. She is very personable. Medical problems with pain are devastating for us, and cause great stress in our lives and families. I am extremely appreciative of the team at Southwest Pain Center for successfully getting me through the multiple steps of a 6 week long treatment process required by professional medical standards and also insurance requirements. The doctors, especially Dr. Chavez, are very kind and attentive. Besides prescriptions, i have also gotten tips on alternative creams for my husba ds cramps and pain. Dr. Chavez is very knowledgeable, empathetic and has a great sense of humor that puts my husband at ease and makes us laugh. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Very professional both staff and clinicians. I have always been treated respectfully. Any concerns I may have addressed immediately. I'm currently seeing clinicians by phone or video, when I do go in person clinic itself spotless clean. Staff are all well groomed, attractive and dressed professionally. Second time having steroid shots in my lumbar spine and have been impressed by the care at this Center. The doctor took time to look at my imaging reports in order to choose the best areas to inject. All the nurses were kind and helpful. I've had good pain relief both times.
