I had my first-time SI joint injections at this office today, and the entire experience was outstanding. Like anyone would be, I was a little nervous about having this procedure done for the first time, but the staff completely put me at ease. They are incredibly efficient. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, I was checked in by 9:05 AM, and I was completely finished and walking out the door by 10:15 AM. Southwest Pain Center is absolutely the most caring and authentic doctors office I have ever experienced in Las Cruces. Starting with the staff who were upbeat and sweet as can be. Dr TORRE was kind and genuine, she took the time to listen and try and understand what I was experiencing. Thinking back, even the patients who were waiting in the waiting room were sweet and didn’t mind that the office was running behind. Dr Ramirez is an excellent doctor. I had been in chronic pain in my back and leg for years. Going to Dr Ramirez was the best decision I have ever made. He has a beautiful office very calming. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and kindness. Dr Ramirez recently did a RFA on my back. Now I’m able to enjoy life without out the constant pain. I’m forever grateful to him Caroline his nurse is also very caring and kind. Thank you Dr Ramirez you are a Angel
The assistants and the doctor who did my injections were professional, kind and thorough. They did all they could to make sure I was comfortable, they walked me through the procedure and answered all my questions. I recommend them to anyone seeking pain management!!
Can they get it together? I was refered to one specific doctor but was paired with a different NP whom after 1 in person visit and 1 telephone visit has some how managed to leave me with out needed medication 3 times. Also, when calling they let me know he had not noted the specific upping of NSAID dosage instructions he had given me during our visit. This has created serious complications post surgery. Ie cloting. When I called to try to fix this, answering staff had an accusatory tone when requesting a fix for the missing ... read more
