I gave 3 stars because of the office staff. I love Mark the PA. He was courteous and professional and completely thorough. My problem with the office staff was: 1. I called and left a message never received a call back. 2. Called again to make an appt. No problems there. 3. Called the day before my appt to ask if I could go ahead and fill out paperwork online or print it up, complete it and bring it in. I have seen Dr. Daniels in the past and I quickly liked him up for this current injury. Staff is friendly, quickly got me in for an appointment. Great bedside manner, listened and I didn’t have to wait long to see him. I would recommend his practice to anyone.
Dr. Daniels and his entire staff have taken care of my orthopedic needs since 2009. They have always been professional, respectful, and treated me with care for numerous surgical procedures. I feel like they're family. Great organization.
