One of the worst experiences I've had a doctor's office in a long, long time. I saw the PA because the doctor was out. First, he chastised me for not getting x-rays, without evening asking why. Then he proceeds to tell me WHERE the pain is in my knee. I told him the back and he says "no, it's here on the side". I said no, it's in the back and he told me I was wrong!!!
