Dr. Gonzalez is very caring and an excellent surgeon. I was extremely happy with my experience with him and his staff. I had physical therapy in his clinic as well. Staff was very helpful and just so wonderful. Great experience! Highly recommend them.

I did my homework on local Orthopedic Surgeons here in El Paso and was intrigued by Dr. Gonzales training (Harvard/UCLA) I called for an appt. Which was a month later. The check in was routine. I download the new patient forms from their website and prepared some questions for the doctor. They sent me to X-Ray, very short wait there. And a very nice and funny x-ray tech helped me. I've heard nothing but good things about Dr. Gonzalez. I really wanted him to do my surgery. Unfortunately his scheduler Cynthia has terrible customer service skills and is very arrogant about what she does, or claims to do. She lies to you and attempts to make you feel ignorant about scheduling and insurance approvals. Unfortunately, this isn't my first surgery, so i know for a fact she just didnt make the calls she needed to. She gave me a date range for a surgery, then a week later i still had not heard from her.
