We visited the office in Mesa. The experience with the doctor was excellent. The medical assistant and the X-ray technician were also excellent. The only bad experience was the way the receptionist treated us. From the moment we checked in, the way she spoke to us felt rude and insensitive. She did not give me any options for different dates or times for the follow-up appointments and she wasn't very friendly.
Trust your gut on this one. Its a scam. This is a sales funnel, not a doctors office. Look up "Injections C-Arm Scam TMJ Specialist". They said I had Ehlers Danlos syndrome on my first visit (which requires GENETIC testing) never elaborated. Took a ~$500 X-Ray, which was never shared nor reviewed with me. and every visit I was pressured to give them $1500 for shots and a mouthguard even I havent been diagnosed with anything except verbally "TMJ" and a very serious "Genetic condition" they used as a scare tactic. I received great care from Dr. Patel and she was the first doctor in years to get to the bottom of my pain issues and treat them successfully….I miss I would have found her sooner.
I have been struggling with jaw pain for 5 months. I’ve been to the dentist, endodontist & periodontist and no one could help me. Dr. Patel treats this type of pain. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. When she met with me she thoroughly checked all around the area of my pain. She was able to pinpoint the problem & I am on my way to get rid of this pain finally
