Dr. Buch and the entire staff are fantastic. I broke my jaw and had to have it wired shut. Dr. Buch explained the entire procedure and made sure we understood all our options. When I went in to have the surgery everyone was very caring and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Buch called to check on me that night to make sure I was doing ok. From the time I made our 1st consultation, (for our teenage daughter, 15) till the day of actual surgery. The front office staff are extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. To Dr Hull and his surgical assistants. We were walked through every step of the procedure, and what to expect (before, during and after) Not to mention receiving a call from Dr Hull that evening to check in our daughter. AMAZING!!!!! Dr Hull and his staff were super friendly and helpful.
Dr. Hull has done two procedures for me in the last year. He and his staff, including Kathy, went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome for me. Dr. Hull was concerned about what is for me a normal heart condition but for anybody else might look like a real heart problem. He postponed the initial procedure to check with my cardiologist to make sure it was safe to proceed even though it was inconvenient for him at the time. Dr. Mansfield, his tremendous assistant Brittany, and their staff extracted teeth from their 4th Bungard patient today. They are thorough in explanation and service. I so appreciate the confidence and results their practice has provided our family. Definitely recommend them for youth and adults!
Granted, I only had some minor work done...but there is always a certain level of anxiety when going to a dental surgeon. Southwest Oral Surgery employees are the BEST! From the front office ... The receptionist who welcomed me was so positive and refreshing and sweet - loved her! Then Dr. Buch's assistant, Brittani was amazing, calming, kind, and made me feel very comfortable!
