Recently went to southwest oral surgery for a tooth extraction. My tooth was extracted by Dr Reti, he didn't explain anything and seemed like he was in a big hurry. My problem was with the snotty receptionist as soon as i walked in the door my phone was ringing she wanted to know where i was I told her if she would open her window I was there waiting. I recently had a bone grafting surgery with Dr. Reti and it went perfectly. I had no issues or pain after which was a huge worry of mine. This is my first surgery with Dr. Reti and I’m so pleased with how everything went. He was also wonderful about answering any questions or concerns I had. I also must add my surgery with southwest is a fraction of the cost of my previous oral surgeon!

I was referred by my regular dentist to this practice for a procedure and that part was fine. The problem I have is that they use an out of state provider for diagnostic services that is not a provider with my insurance carrier. Instead of knowing and advising the patient more clearly, that they will owe money for this service, the business office has you sign a waiver, amongst a host of stuff to sign, that says you may have out of pocket expenses due to non covered service. They had me in and out in under an hour to remove two teeth and that was with recovery. I will be coming back for my wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Reti and his staff were amazing. Thank you!
The staff are friendly and caring. I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted and was in and out without any issues. They send you home with what you need to self-care and make sure you have instructions on what to do. Very professional and kind people.
