staff was not the kindest and had many weird polices. my boyfriend (the FATHER) wasn’t allowed in the room with me even tho i asked multiple times to make me feel more comfortable. i told them i was thinking about abortion and their attitudes completely changed and i felt very judged. i’m using a burner to keep my identity safe
Just really slow service, I had an appointment at 1:45 and wasn’t given any updates. And ended up waiting at least an hour just to see someone .Just unprofessional and hope they’re more respectful of people’s time moving forward
Beware!! This is not a real medical clinic, and they do not have to follow HIPAA and privacy regulations!! they often offer free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds to lure women/pregnant people to their storefronts. They are pro-life and will not provide abortions or any information regarding abortions, rather they misinform people about abortion to scare people out of that option. Friendly staff, warm and comfortable.
This was by far the best option we could’ve made. SWOW has so many resources for us which is absolutely going to make our life as new parents much easier. They made us feel comfortable, and answered all of our questions. My wife absolutely loved them and the receptionist was so helpful with me as well. We were in and out as fast as we needed to be but they made us want to come back for more services. Trust me, you can ignore the negative reviews by people who didn’t even come here. SWOW had everything we needed and more.
