Dr Joyce is my dr and hes a great dr but the "residents" there aren't worth a hill of beans!
I have been going to this office for 6+years i LOVED this place at first but now its sh*t every time i call my meds they act like i am putting them out of there way , like today the said they would call in my meds but when my hubby asked her about something the doc said she said now my meds can wait til monday , so looks like i got in trouble cause she was asked something so now i have to pick up every 31 days its BS i have to run out of meds beforw i can pick up more..
Don't care about their patients. Every experience I've had here was bad. I was in so much pain and throwing up and the nurse was very rude to me. Front ladies are nice.
Terrible clinic for children. They lost paperwork and records on multiple occasions. Did not explain anything to us. Did not expect such poor service and care from a clinic with the OU name on it. This is Lawton though, expectations shouldn’t be high I suppose.
