She has a great bedside manner, was very knowledgeable, & I think she made my sister feel better about her situation. Just a great appointment all the way around. THANK YOU!

I am so frustrated with Southwest Urogynecology: Janelle Evans, MD. They do not respond to messages or emails. When you call to speak to a nurse you get sent to a recording to leave a message, which is never returned. I am now left with going to the ER to get some answers. Which will cost me 5x as much as the office visit. The one and only thing I wanted corrected is now a 100 times worse and I can't get any answers from the Doctor that performed the surgery. RIDICULOUS!!
Dr. Ashby is so kind and caring! I definitely recommend him!
I'd really not recommend anyone go here for treatment of pelvic pain or bladder issues. Calls and are rarely returned, communication nearly impossible. The MAs that work here are the only bright spot. They are caring and willing to help.
