I had an outstanding experience with SWORD Roofing and truly cannot thank them enough. I contacted them on October 14th to re-inspect my roof and look into a leak coming through my ceiling. Back in July, a tree had fallen on my home, and although another company replaced my damaged gutter, the leak continued. Sword replaced a skylight in my bathroom. They used a standard size skylight when they should have ordered a custom size for the opening. As a result the skylight did not fit correctly and I had flying insects getting into the bathroom. I was told by Velux (the maker of the skylight) and other suppliers that the job would have to be totally redone. I requested a refund from Sword of the payment I made for the faulty skylight.
