I have been with Southwest Ob/Gyn for many years. I think they are awesome. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and courteous. All this plus experts. My doctor is Dr. Diase. She is wonderful. Not only is she an expert, but she goes above and beyond with her patient’s needs and individual personalities. I am thankful that this group are my doctors, nurses, and staff.
Excellent and very Covid 19 compliant to try and ensure our safety
I trust Dr. Diase and after being a patient since 2015, I would not want to go any where else. My last two check-ins at the front desk were awful. I would say that my experiences with Cynthia at the front desk have caused me to have to report her unprofessional behaviors on two occassions. July 20, 2020 and September 28, 2020. Each time Cynthia made me uncomfortable and was very dismissive. Even reprimanding me for calling to verify that I was in my car waiting to be called in. The atmosphere is very comfortable and everyone is nice. They seem to care about you as a person.
Dr Diase is so kind & comforting. She explains everything beforehand. She very thorough. She puts you at ease during the whole exam.
It’s always a pleasure to come visit. Check in was fast and easy, I was seen at my appointment time. Dr. Swords always answers any questions I have. She is amazing. I will continue to recommend friends and family members.
