We traded in our Expedition and got 2 cars with better gas mileage the same night! Blake, Carlos, and Christian all stayed late going above and beyond to get us into our vehicles. Blake was awesome helping us test drive all the different vehicles until we found which ones were best for our family and he was very friendly and informative. Update: These jokers cost me $1,500 in extra titles fees so Edwin could get his little kick back, they STILL have not responded AND I can’t even get an OEM key for a two year old vehicle from them. It’s honestly laughable at this point
I had a very disappointing experience with Southwest Nissan Used Cars. From the beginning, I had one clear request: I wanted my fiancé and me both listed on the title. I was already pre-approved through my own lender, who confirmed this would not have been a problem. Instead, the dealership pushed hard for me to finance through them first and stated point blank that it was so they could get the kickback from the lender. Absolutely never buy a car here
I bought a nice car here! Only to get it home and discover issues that the dealership definitely noticed, but didn't want to deal with. First day home with a new-to-me vehicle and it already needs a $1500 repair. Don't buy here unless you check every button, every surface, every option. Heck- have your mechanic check it out first! When the buyer knows more about the vehicle than the sales team, that should've been my biggest red flag. Unimpressed by the professionalism of this dealership.
