Went to the dealership today to try and purchase a used car. I did my research on the car I wanted to buy. The trade-in value is $7000. I offered $10,700 plus TT&L. The sales manager behind the glass treated me like I was garbage. I was paying cash for this car as well. On the plus side, my friend that has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership has promised me that they will never get his business again.
