I haven’t even managed to get into this office yet. It took months to get them to book the appointment because they couldn’t find the referral (I ended up having to email a copy from my PCP), then it was a 4 month wait to get in. THEN when my husband with dementia called them to find out the time of his appointment, which was booked back to back with mine because we live 3 hours away, then decided the doctor can’t see us the same day and CANCELLED my appointment without speaking to me!
