The techs did not seem to have even a basic understanding of networks and overcharged us when they couldn t figure out how to fix things.
They were significantly more expensive than other quotes I received. The person I met with did not seem to know what he was doing. The quote did NOT include any labor, even though I asked for it.I would avoid this company, as it seems little bit "shady".I was happy with the other company I selected. Very professional !
