I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service and case management at Southwest Network Chandler. Despite repeated calls, messages, and texts, the staff consistently failed to respond or follow up. This lack of communication led to a serious and unacceptable outcome for a patient relying on their care. Timely support and coordination are critical in behavioral health, and this clinic has shown a troubling disregard for both. Website is tricky and misleading.
They are the ones who lie, and when caught, they provoke you to make it seem like you have mental health issues when you understandably get frustrated. This has happened many times, and they continue to get away with it. Now, I just stay silent when they lie repeatedly. Every time I call, the receptionist transfers me to someone named Steve, who is not my case manager, despite me repeatedly asking to be connected directly to my case manager.
