Terrible customer service! 21st street branch. They did not try to help my daughter at all. Closed her account and told her to make a police report. Oh! and make sure she doesn't have money deposited in this closed account from here on out. We asked them to please investigate the charges and see who took the money out. Thank you to my fave Credit Union Bank who is going to help set her up a new account. This is heartbreaking! I do not bank here, never will and I will NEVER suggest them to anyone.
BOYCOTT!!! DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE! Employs the most immoral and unethical attorneys possible. Jailing and seizing bank accounts 15 to 20 years after the initial settlement on many occasions. I don't recommend getting an auto loan with them. First, trying to reach the loan department is a joke. The website contact us page is a joke cuz no one gets back with you. You can fax multiple documents to their office dozens of times and they still claim they never get them but yet they send you certified letters in the mail saying that they're going to repossess your car but you have all the proof from your insurance company that they have sent the information multiple times. Jim Schoen is the best! We have done several car loans and have never had a problem at all! It is the only bank I have been a member of and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Bank system is down again this weekend. Debit cards are unable access the system again. Time to change banks.
$9 fee to make a car payment? Typical bank, fees for everything....This is the last time I don't do my own financing through a credit union. Lesson learned.
Complete garbage. I am unable to transfer money, my card isn't working. The lost and stolen card people say my card is active. Plenty of money. Your 24 hour customer service line just hangs up. Your banking is garbage. I will have a new bank on Monday. You've screwed me for the weekend. Nice.
