Always do your research on what makes are reliable. This dealer has great service and varity. I purchased vehicles from them in the past and they turned out fine. I tend to go with foriegn makes because they seem to be more dependable. But you cant blame a USED car dealer directly for unseen abuse on vehicles. Besides it all depends on the owner before you because of how they drive and manage it, blame them not the dealer.
I bought this great car that turned out to have trans. problems whithin 2 months of buying it why me!!!!!! now I have to get another tran for this car wow is it costy
Have your vehicle checked by a personal mechanic or the home dealership before purchasing from Southwest Motors! I feel I was taken for a ride (haha). My buick is having AWD issues which I was feeling in the brakes since I purchased it and was told my pads are new. I do not know if the AWD has anything to do with the pad or rotors but when I went in again today (purchased in August)I was told I should of purchased the Extended Warranty.
