I have nothing but great things to say. He has helped me a few times with my toy hauler as well as my Sprinter conversion. He always replies and shows up to do a job well done. He is not cheap but I'm not sure I know of a mobile business that is.
Gary came out within a few hours…. on SUNDAY! He fixed my problem efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend for RV repairs!!!
Gary has been prompt, professional and courteous. I appreciate how he communicated throughout the process of submitting for the warranty work, and what was going on while waiting for the vendor to ship parts. I always felt like I knew what was going on, never left in the dark.
$560 just to come out! After over a month of trying to get him out because he was in another state, Gary came to our home to look at a slide issue. He was there around an hour and charged $560 then left. I was not home but my wife said she received no receipt. When I called and asked for a breakdown on what the $560 was for he sent a receipt showing a $90 new customer fee, $200 in transportation fees (his business is listed as being exactly 31 miles my home), and $270 to inspect the rv. Gary came to my motorhome and I explained the problem. He was very honest up front and explained that the problem was beyond his purview. He still took some time to evaluate the problem with me and gave me some good advice and then left and didn’t charge me for his time. Excellent man. If I ever need assistance in CO Pueblo or springs area again I will call him.
