$560 just to come out! After over a month of trying to get him out because he was in another state, Gary came to our home to look at a slide issue. He was there around an hour and charged $560 then left. I was not home but my wife said she received no receipt. When I called and asked for a breakdown on what the $560 was for he sent a receipt showing a $90 new customer fee, $200 in transportation fees (his business is listed as being exactly 31 miles my home), and $270 to inspect the rv. Gary came to my motorhome and I explained the problem. He was very honest up front and explained that the problem was beyond his purview. He still took some time to evaluate the problem with me and gave me some good advice and then left and didn’t charge me for his time. Excellent man. If I ever need assistance in CO Pueblo or springs area again I will call him.
Gary is a super nice man and very good at what he does. A couple years ago he repaired the cable on our pop up camper, and he just repaired a water leak on the 5th wheel’s toilet today. I appreciate his consideration for my grandson’s nap today, texting me from out front instead of ringing the bell. I recommend Gary for all your rv repair needs.
I called Gary because my Atwood water heater stopped working and the switch wouldn't light up. He was a wealth of information and was able to talk me through troubleshooting it myself over the phone. I highly recommend him for any RV repair and I'm beyond grateful for helping me get it going again. 10/10
