Friendly people but you get what you pay for. I paid for two years of light therapy after getting diagnosed with skin cancer. They sent me to Ann Arbor and the doc there said the same, so a wasted trip. It took me another two months to learn that SWMD could do nothing else for me. But they still wanted me to keep seeing them. So all in all I think I lost two years and a lot of outside activities for NOTHING.
My wife and I recently lost our jobs during the pandemic and we were forced to get medicaid. I found this place that accepts medicaid so I gave them a call. When I was asked what type of insurance I had I let them know it was medicaid. The woman told me that any medicaid patients would have to wait months longer than other insurance types. I had a terrible experience with them and a very unhelpful nurse. They could not answer an of my basic questions. So frustrated and would not recommend.
RecommendedI’ve been a patient here for many years and I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Today, it was nice to see the office compliant with sanitation and PPE.
