This place has to be the worst place in michigan they honestly don't care about your bet for example I bring my pet their I tell them what he ate they force me to me to pay o e Hu dred dollars to poison control then poison. Control calls them tells them what I just told poison control. Then they real quick charge me $400 just look at my pet and tell me exactly what I just told them then they tell me it's $1400 for blood work so I gave them $400 for absolutely nothing. They sent me home with my pet in worse condition the woul... read more
Seen where a dog that had been hit by a car was taken here, the person who brought the dog was willing to pay for the treatments, the owner said they'd pay but were 2 hours away. Police and a animal organization was involved and still this place refused to even look at the animal. Money wasn't a problem, not sure what they're reason was but they basically said to leave or they'd kill the dog. Thankfully the Animal Organization drove to Grand Rapids where the Dog is now being treated and staying the night until the Owner is a... read more
A persons lost, beloved senior dog was brought to this place and instead of waiting for the owner to find them, they euthanized him! Absolutely disgusting! Whats worse they want to charge them for their dogs remains. GIVE THEM THEIR DOGS REMAINS YOU SICK POS, they dont owe you a dime and you are lucky if they dont sue you.

I was not impressed at all by the vet we were assigned. She never even examined my dog! She never touched him or greeted him or was friendly in any way. She simply asked about his symptoms and gave me her prognosis. The whole interaction was very cold and took a matter of a few minutes. I did get a prescription, which is the only good thi... read more
Absolutely 0 stars.. They want money period They do not care about your family per whatsoever. We took our cat to them after she had 5 kittens and something was hanging out of her. The vet told us it was her uterus and the cost would be $1300 that would have to be paid today . We told them there was absolutely no way we could pay that much was there any other options, they stuck us back out in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. They (vets staff) then came back and told us $850 and they would "temporarily" fix her until we ... read more
We had to take our dog there on a weekend due to severe vomiting. She had surgery that day to remove a chunk of blanket that she had ingested and was causing a blockage in the stomach and intestine. There were no issues with the actual procedure. The issue was that after a week, the incision site was very swollen and pink in areas. After taking our dog to our vet, they immediately removed the staples. Our vet said that because of the length of the incision and our dog having thin skin (she's a greyhound mix), staples sh... read more
