This location went down hill for waiting on your appointments. Plan your time availability accordingly. Went in to get a referral only. Waiting 2 hours in the tiny room. Probably still waiting if you’re reading this. And yes I know, send your experience to patientexperience to Optum.
My doctor is amazing, but man, the whole check in/waiting process just makes coming here a nightmare. It really needs to be restructured. It does not make sense that you guys have half a dozen people in the back, but 3 people are on their PHONES not doing anything, and only 1 person is checking people in.
Called sma last Wed for call back from mom's Dr also went to office and spoke with front desk was told would receive a call back 2-3 business days it's now Tue and haven't heard from anyone
Optum should be ashamed to operate a health care center. Stood at the desk for 50 Minutes trying to check in. 9 people standing or sitting behind the desk talking on phones or staring at monitors.
I normally see Dr. Norris but she was booked up for months, so I saw PA Coulson today and he was nothing short of truly amazing. So nice and sincere, so thorough, took all of my concerns seriously, and shared a lot of knowledge/tips with me. I’m very impressed. Thank you for your attention and care!!! Update: still seeing him, still amazing. Wish I could make him my primary!
