This place is a joke. Wellness appointment "coded" incorrectly, ended up with a large bill and no one will communicate with me. I have called, I have e-mailed, I have messaged through the portal. Save your time, and please go elsewhere.
Worst place ever geez
This place is so amazing! The staff are all so kind. The doctors really listen to you. You can get in quickly, and everybody tries hard to accommodate any of your needs. One of the best in Las Vegas!!
Sadly, I have changed this to a one star. Dr. Weeks passed me on to a male doctor who was rude and I've always had a female doctor. Seems like the type of service and care that was once provided has diminished. Been coming here for years now and the Doctors and staff have always been professional and kind especially Dr. Jade Weeks. The facility also has many additional benefits other offices don't such as its own clinical laboratory so you don't have to go anywhere else to take your blood tests. Highly Recommended.
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE I don't recommend it !!! Waiting long time on the phone for appt , results, responding. I'm living messages, they don't respond even when is urgent. Same when you in the facility- long wait WE ARE JUST A NUMBERS
