I'm sorry that most of you don't appreciate Dr Keat dry sense of humour.Its more about how brilliant the man is ,I have tried for years for answers,and after all that time,was referred to Dr Keat,and bingo an answer after many years of no answers,Isn't that what more important.Surely that is what you are there for going for a resaults or a new best friend.He knows his job. So if all you super sensitive precious people,get over yourself.
Do not recommend Dr Keat. His bedside manner was rude, dismissive of concerns and specifically stated “not to come back and see him unless my child is not breathing and anaphylactic.” Sought a second opinion, who completed the same testing and confirmed the allergy, after Dr Keat stated there was no allergy (even though tests clearly showed an allergen.) Would never recommend him to anyone and was disgusted by his lack of professionalism. 0/5 star recommendation.
We recently attended this clinic for an allergy appointment for my 15-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, the experience was very upsetting. The doctor (Dr Karuna Keat) spoke to her in a harsh and insensitive manner, which caused her to become very distressed and cry during the consultation. He also asked about our background and made comments that the allergy chart was “not Indian or Australian” but an Irish egg ladder chart, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I wish I could rate even lower - total waste of time & money. Didn't listen to issues properly, didn't perform any test and didn't provide solution or path forward. DO NOT waste time even booking with Prof Bradley.
I highly do NOT recommend Dr Keat, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I tried to ask a question or explain my condition, he mocked me, got angry, and repeatedly said he didn’t care laughing and judging me with his eyes. His condescending and dismissive attitude left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable. By far the rudest doctor I’ve ever seen.
