Don't waste your time, money and energy coming here. I spent $370 for the initial consultation and didn't learn anything new. Dr wants me to bring the fresh fruits myself to the skin test next time, but even then the test can only confirm whether Im allergic to the fruits or not. And there's no cure to it, the only way forward is to either not have them or to have antihistamines after having them. Completely unprofessional and insulting. I went in to see Dr Keat because I wanted a specialist's help with a water allergy (Aguagenic Pruritus) that I have. Here's how it went: 1. He asked "Then what are you doing here?" - after I told him what condition I believed I have. 2. "Complete BS. No chance" when I told him about Beta Alanine, an amino acid that an online community of 7,000 sufferers of AP praise for being the only thing that has helped them (it works for me as well). I could not have had better and thorough care from Dr Keat.
I strongly recommend that you do NOT go here. I went to see Dr Keat on Thursday 28/11 telling me that pollen doesn't causes hives which it does, Zovirax doesn't causes anaphylaxis which I had strong reaction to the cream even the hospital said the same thing that Zovirax can causes anaphylaxis. Constantly abusing at me throughout the appointment. They say one price then when you arrived at the reception is different price from what you have been told. They don't bulk billed for patients who can't afford it. Which put me out ... read more
