This review is for the SWM Clinic and Urgent Care... Wonderful experience through out my visit with Southwest Medical, on South Rancho, today.! Part of my visit was a scheduled appointment, but then i ended up going to Urgent Care, for extra care. This is my second review for them. Even though i live closer to 2 other sites, my preference always, if possible, is this one. First I do have to offer, I had appt for blood work , before seeing one of my Doctors. The check in process was slow. They said the appointment would take about an hour, however it took almost 2 hours.
Visited radiology in urgent care. Very efficient and had the results within minutes on my portal
My wife was in a car accident and she was starting to fill the effects of that accident so I told her I’d go let me take you to A doctor have you checked out? I brought her here. Everybody was very nice and concerned about her and the doctor. Cassandra was great. I can’t think them enough.
this is the only place where my insurance is accepted for an ultrasound. my doctor sent two referrals and i walked in and provided a PHYSICAL copy of the referral and they STILL haven’t recieved it. i’m going elsewhere now and paying out of pocket to figure out what is wrong thanks to them
