Horrible experience today. The customer service via telephone for referrals was awful. No help. I’ve been trying to schedule my mammogram for three months now. Terrible attitudes. And that was the supervisor. When I called my GYN she said they have problems with SWM Breast Care Center often. My GYN finally got on the phone and called them today. I hope no one else has to go through this.

I am not satisfied with this punchy doctor’s services. My child has issues with eating and speech, and despite multiple appointments, the doctor mostly refers us elsewhere without providing proper treatment. I expected a professional evaluation and effective care, which I did not receive.
This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had trying to make an appointment. My doctor faxed it to them THREE times over a week ago. They cannot find it in their system. I brought them a physical copy of my referral, they scanned that in and cannot find it in their system. I do not even want to do this scan there now. They will probably lose it!
Should not take more than two weeks to get scheduled even when they have referal l in hand
