I went to Dr Falonga on Tuesday December 17,2024. I was there approx 3 hours. I was with the doctor about 15 minutes. He explained to me that I would be going for a CT scan, a colonoscopy and to quest for Lab work. I never got a call for the CT nor the colonoscopy and when I went to quest they didn't have the orders. I called the office to let them know on wed 1/8. I waited on for 20 minutes no answer.
