Dr Heidi Larrick is wonderful. She truly cares about her patients. She takes time to answer questions and explain what and why in a manner that is easy to understand. Highly recommend this facility.
This place does a terrible job returning calls for appointments. And then to make matters worse worse they are even worse calling pharmacies back to renew prescriptions. When you talk to the dr / nurse practitioner they tell you the front office isn’t there problem and if you don’t like it find another doctor. Thank you I will
If you want proper care look elsewhere! They are very unprofessional with no follow through! I have been calling and leaving messages, I’ve talked to receptionist multiple times in an attempt to contact Dr. Eversole about an urgent issue that he assured he would handle back in January. 2 months! Why take new patients if you don’t plan on caring for them? I have expressed my urgency and frustration and have still not even got a call, email, or letter. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
