If you want proper care look elsewhere! They are very unprofessional with no follow through! I have been calling and leaving messages, I’ve talked to receptionist multiple times in an attempt to contact Dr. Eversole about an urgent issue that he assured he would handle back in January. 2 months! Why take new patients if you don’t plan on caring for them? I have expressed my urgency and frustration and have still not even got a call, email, or letter. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
All the staff are great. My FNP is a great listener and thorough with her practice. Would highly recommend to all.
Great Customer Service. Always professional. No issues with medical team.
