Endocrinologist is bad. I had a 1:20 appointment arrived at 1:10 they kept me waiting until 2:05 I walked out. I called customer experience to complain and was told I did not check in until 1:30? Completely unprofessional and trash support. I am complaining about this BS.

Whomever hires or trains the phone people needs to be fired. Can’t make an appointment without thirty mins of questioning. Questioning that I don’t feel the phone jockey has any business with. Just give me a time slot. How hard is that?It’s an appointment to talk to a certified medical professional that’s all. I’m really tired of paying thousands of dollars a year for the right to be intentionally hung up on and never be able to see a doctor sooner than 1.5-2 months.
Worst place ever. Sitting here after checking in 45 minutes ago. I go to the counter to ask how much longer she tells me she forgot to check me in.. That's so incompetent not checking if your patient was called.. ekg giy tho was quick
