I was told by the staff that I have a copay to see the doctor. I told them that since I met the out of pocket max that I didn’t have a copay. I showed them my insurance information to show that it has been met and was told that even though it was met that I would still have to pay. Spoke with the manager that said the same thing. The staff doesn’t seem to have a full understanding on how insurance, copays and out of pocket max work. I left without see the doctor.
