SWM is on point 66 1/3% of the time. Even after I gave them the correct fax number for the referral they gave me, they still couldn’t manage to fax the referral over. Given more than 2 task and they get confused.
It took nine months to get an appointment. They kept saying they needed additional tests before I could even be seen then I was seeing and tested positive for an auto immune disease. I waited three weeks after I got the result to call them. They told me they didn’t have any availability For three months and I changed out my plan because of them.
