The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the wait time to see a doctor was nearly 2 hours, but despite the wait I must say that everyone from check-in, to nurse evaluation and doctor evaluation, was excellent! I took my grandmother to urgent care today and the guy at check-in was very nice and helpful, when we went to see the nurse she was very friendly, caring and helpful. Absolutely horrible service! The receptionists are mean and do not care. You'll be on hold for twenty minutes no matter what. You must arrive early but every doctor is booked too full and you have to wait at least a half hour due to the fact they are so over booked. The doctors are great, their staff however is awful. You can only get an appointment for OBGYN for 5-6 weeks out from when you called. WHAT?! They encourage going to Urgent Care (which my insurance doesn't cover) and literally have too many people and are only ma... read more
This medical center has made vast improvements over the last three years since I've been a client. Employees are very caring and very professional. It's very difficult to get a timely appointment to see my doctor, however. She's just too darn busy! I guess that's a good sign. On the other hand, monthly blood tests are handled professionally and almost immediately upon entering the department.
