Arrived for appointment, did all the paperwork with a very charming young woman. Waiting for consultant, another kind young woman approaches me and informs me that Dr Hernandez wants me to reschedule as he has too many patients to see. I have waited over 13 weeks to get this appointment! I even took this one on Oakey, far away from my house to get this appointment!
