I went to Southwest medical associates on Rancho in October 2021 I paid cash as I did not have insurance at the time when you do so they walk you to the counter with the bill to make sure it gets paid which it did I have my receipt however they have been sending me a $69 bill every month nobody can tell me why I’ve spoken to supervisors they cannot tell me why they say they will get back to me and never do.

I took my daughter to SWMA on Rancho on 10/04. Check-in was speedy and we were in a room within 15 minutes. Doctor Naginani was good! She ordered blood tests, a urine test and a chest X-ray to identify the root cause of my daughters sickness. We arrived at 8:30pm and left at 10pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and also enforced social distancing. The day before, I took my daughter to the care now on Charleston, near Walmart. Southwest overall its garbage, if u go to emergency room be ready to wait 4 hours or more, and once they call u in be ready to wait 3 or more hours for the Dr. To only see u and for 5 mins tops and then prescribe without actually check u.
