Pretty bad experiences especially on the telephone regarding my health needs. They hang-up on you when you had called over 4 to 5 times for a referal to a surgeon prior, that delayed the surgery before. When they finally call you, they have no empathy. I have had to make sure a supervisor help me after a lot of headache. I don't recommend this place.
Joanne was very rude on the phone and talked over me, I been waiting over a week for a call back and even tho I am frustrated I kept calm but these people on the phone will talk over you as if you’re dumb. If I could give a zero to the phone girls I would. What a down fall for sma
