Brian helped us out... Super professional and knowledgeable.!! We live in Fredericksburg and it's not super easy to get somebody over to look at a geothermal heating and cooling system. They installed a communicating thermostat for my brand new climate Master tranquility 22 that another vendor installed but failed to tell me about any of the features that would be unaccessible without a communicating thermostat. Unethical Company! They charged me 1896.34 for a replacement part that only cost 165.34. I was told that this part was going out. I got scared and told them to do the job. I later found out that the part was still under factory warranty, and they told me that it wasn't. I would never use this company again. Beware!
