It s 2012 and though I was trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt with my assessment on their business practices, it s come to my attention that the company does not care about the people they rent to nor do they take the time out to properly manage their properties. No maintenance checks are done on the appliances they provide nor do they replace out-of-date ones. I will never deal with this company again because of the time it took them to respond to requests and their very unprofessional tactics. Money seemed to go into the wrong hands for the wrong things when I dealt with this company.
My son rents from this company. They do not complete workorders in a timely manner. they dont care if you are happy or not they just want the rent.
