Southwest Lock & Safe is very knowledgeable and proficient in its technical area of work. I had a door lock worn to the point where it would no longer work. Service Manager, Chris Loveall, was able to quickly rebuild it to where it now actually works better than when it was new.
If I could give 6 stars I would. I had an unusual key that i needed duplicated. They found the blanks and produced 4 duplicates that work perfectly. Once they had the blanks, they cut the keys while I waited.
