Took my mower in 3 weeks ago to have it re-strung. Picked up the mower went home, and in the weeks to follow, the mower did not want to start and puttered when you did get it started. Took the mower back to have it looked at, made it very clear on the phone and in person do not make repairs until you call. Never got a call, I called and was told it could take 3 weeks before they look at it. Yeah no.. I visited Southwest Lawn Equipment to get my blower repaired. They advised me that the cost of the repair would be more than the blower cost. I appreciated them being honest with me. So I bought a blower from them. They spent the time with me to make sure I understood the starting procedures and started the unit for me before I left. They are a honest group of guys and very good customer service. I will use them for all of my lawn equipment needs.

dropped off brush cutter head. 3 weeks later still not done yet. looks like cost will be same as a new head! They never called to give estimate.
