I have known Kelly for many years now, and have known him to be nothing but professional. His work is impeccable. It takes creative talent to provide the designs that he does for landscapes. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone. Keep up the great work Kelly!
05/08/17 Called to get a quote on getting my backyard landscape. Man answers the phone and says "Yeah What". I thought I called the wrong number. I asked if this was Southwest landscaping and he says again, "Yeah What". I asked if he always talks to potential customers that way. He decided to be sarcastic, so I told him he lost out on a 30k job. Customer service is huge to me, because it doesn't seem to exist anymore. Kelly will never get my business.
We are very happy with our new backyard. Kelly Butler took the time to listen to what we wanted and came back with a great design for our backyard. The work was done very professionally and on time. The crew left our place clean and looking great. Would recommend Southwest Landscape & Designs, very happy customer!
