HORRIBLE, just HORRIBLE office staff. Make sure you confirm all procedures with them before they are done and if insurance will cover because if you have any issues, they deal with it by just not calling back. The initial person made me feel like a terrible mother questioning my bill (which insurance usually covers) but said she would have their billing person call me to discuss.
