While on the surface re-seeding, winterizing, and sprinkler valve work looked good, and after we spent $1500+ in total with Mark, six months after that work we had an issue. We called Mark several times, he promised to stop by, but never did; and then he stopped picking up our calls. Good start but no longer responsive...
We initially had a good experience with Mark. He provided a great plan for our new sprinkler system and he was great in working with us on the installation of the system on a tight schedule. However after we paid the third and final installment he no longer responded to calls and emails. He was suppose to come back and optimize a few heads and provide a drawing of the system but never did. Initial job was done very good but everything after that has been horrible. Owner Mark does not return phone calls or follow up to see if work was done well . I understand being busy , but to return a follow up phone call especially after paying over 1000 in cash. That’s just bad business. Just beware .
Did a fantastic job redoing my patio.
