Mark was very friendly and helpful which no one else that came out was. When I asked for a quote in writing, I got it. He returned calls and emails.
We had a leak in our manifold - Mark came over on a Saturday, found the parts that same day and fixed it within a couple hours. He found some other parts that needed to be fixed but told us just to keep an eye on it for now. I thought his pricing was very competitive. He was really honest and customer oriented. We'll definitely use his services again. Thanks, Mark, for the exceptional service.
Mark and his crew provided a top notch system. I really like the sprinklers. Mark went above and beyond to build a retaining wall that was not included in the first estimates for the project and solved a problem with grading by the house. He truly cares about the quality of the work and is diligent about watching the progress of new grass that is growing. I highly recommend Southwest Irrigation.

Just one zone of our sprinkler system wasn't popping up. I called to get an estimate and they showed up right on time. They had me turn on the system and walked around that zone and pinpointed just through the way the ground vibrated in one spot that there was a tree root pinching our sprinkler line. I was amazed that they could even feel it through their shoes!! So they dug a small hole right above where the said the problem was and thy were spot on! I was looking for a total lawn care provider who would mow our lawn, turn on and off and repair sprinkler system, and fertilize the lawn. Mark came out and submitted a fair bid breaking everything down into the segments: mowing, sprinkler repair, fertilization. Very professional. Mark and Jordan came out the first time and noticed the valve on the sprinkler system was cracked. Although an unexpected expense, he was able to get a new one and installed it in a few days.
