Had a great experience working with them. Very trustworthy, flexible, friendly, etc. They bent over backwards helping us out
While driving my truck it started to make a rod knock type noise, call in and spoke with Brandon in Service and explained what was going on and he suggested to have it towed in to prevent any further damage. Explain we are small company with just 2 trucks and this was a big hit for it to be down a truck. They were able to get the truck torn down in a timely manner and found the damage, gave us several option on which way we could repair it. First time at the shop it was a let down but Jeff has made the experience very pleasant. SWITC is my go to shop when I’m home. I don’t mind the hr drive to drop it off at least I know my equipment is in good hands.
