First of all, I want to say that I dislike going to dealerships. However, I’m extremely impressed with this dealership. So much so that I’m going to start bringing my truck here for all of my issues that arise. I had already decided. I was going start coming here because the experience was very good. Then I went out to get in my truck and they had washed it. I was in shock. That showed me that they go way above and beyond normal satisfactory customer service.
So easy to work the southwest in waco unlike other dealerships!!
I’ve had a breakdown on 2 different occasions and This was the closest International dealer. Both times they were spot on about getting me diagnosed and back on the road. I highly recommend using this shop and parts dept to anyone. Top notch service.
