I will not be going here again. I was scammed into an appointment I didn't need and ended up paying a ton of money. Staff manger is rude and defensive when you ask questions. Feels like they care more about money than your health and/or working with you when you get an outrageous bill for something you didn't ask.

I've had it with this office. I've been a patient for 12 years and I'm so over their ridiculously rigid policies and lack of willingness to support their patient's needs. I'm tired of fighting with the MA to get my referrals processed properly. I'm tired of her attitude and rudeness. I'm tired of staring at a sign warning me my visit is canceled if he sees my phone while he stares at his own computer for the majority of my visit. Fantastic Care and staff When entering the office everyone is alert and ready to assist. The atmosphere is very happy and yet hard at work. There are several offices and a beautiful dispensary in the office as well. Doctors are well mannered and very tedious with their work. When you leave you know you have been well cared for. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. R.VIGIL

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

This is a well organized and intelligent office. Dr. Kaufman focuses on how to maintain and improve your health as well as how to treat illness. His approach is a well balanced blend of standard and alternative medicine . My first visit included an extensive interview, history and examination...possibly the best and most through I have ever had. Tests were recommended, and interpreted by Dr. Kaufman. I believe Dr Kaufman is the best doctor in Albuquerque. He's hard to get in to see but is very caring, listens to me and cooperates with me, he calls me back when I leave him a message, he prescribes compounded medicines and is a bit on the natural side.
