Nightmare! Started legal action but settled for small fraction to end the sleepless nights. Advertised 2017 deckboat as "excellent condition throughout". Jeff did not disclose (as required by law) that this was a Rental from Texas. Severely neglected and abused. First mistake was buying in winter and relying upon promises to water test pre-delivery and fix up as required to put everything in good condition. I had given Jeff and Southwest Imports 5 stars at the start... Unfortunately, after just 1 season, the boat was in the SHOP for the entire Summer. I believe Jeff did not share the honest truth with me about the boat I purchased - and sold me a bill of goods. The experience was pleasant with Jeff - but it would be good when spending $$$$ on boat you're honest about the condition of the boat.
